Subscription Service Rules

These rules serve as a supplementary agreement to the User Service Agreement, forming a unified whole with it and constituting an inseparable component. In case of any conflict between these rules and the User Service Agreement, these rules shall prevail. By using the HabitFish PRO auto-renewal service, you agree to and shall comply with these rules.

I. Service Overview

1. Service Name: Auto-renewal service.
2. Service Content: Under the premise that you have activated the HabitFish PRO service, this service will automatically renew your membership. By activating the service, you authorize HabitFish PRO to deduct the next billing cycle's monthly fee from your Apple ID account balance before the service expires. Successful renewal requires sufficient account balance. If renewal fails due to insufficient balance, you shall bear the relevant responsibility.

II. Subscription Options

HabitFish PRO offers the following three auto-renewal subscription plans:

• Quarterly Plan: Auto-renews every 3 months.
• Annual Plan: Auto-renews every 12 months.
• Lifetime Membership: No renewal required.

III. Renewal Rules

1. Auto-renewal Time: Your HabitFish PRO service will automatically renew 24 hours before expiration, deducting the corresponding fee from your Apple ID account.
2. Plan Independence: Each auto-renewal plan takes effect independently without mutual interference. If you activate multiple plans simultaneously, the system will deduct fees according to their respective renewal cycles.

IV. Cancelling Auto-renewal

To cancel the auto-renewal service, please operate at least 24 hours in advance. You can suspend or terminate this service through the following methods:

Method 1: In the HabitFish App, go to the "Manage My Subscriptions" page and cancel the HabitFish PRO subscription.

Method 2: For Apple in-app payment (IAP) users, please follow these steps:

1. Open iPhone "Settings";
2. Go to "iTunes Store & App Store";
3. Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID";
4. Enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions";
5. Select HabitFish PRO and cancel the subscription.

V. Other Rules

1. Account Binding: A single Apple ID can only be used to activate the auto-renewal service for one HabitFish account.
2. Service Termination: If you cancel the auto-renewal service, it will automatically terminate upon expiration of your current membership period, with no further charges.
